Please note: The user is responsible for checking the Aqua GymBike for any defects prior to use, and also for frequently testing for any loosening or instability of the product parts during use which could lead to injury or other damage.

Except as expressly stated and to the full extent permitted by law, our products are provided 'as is' and on an 'as available' basis without any representation, warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We at all times abide by warranties required by Australian Consumer Law with respect to all other warranties and guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, terms and conditions and any duty of care which otherwise may arise or be imposed on AquaFab, including any liability to any person in connection with the products which are hereby excluded.

WARNING: Adult supervision is required at all times, and the user uses this product with any child or children at their own risk. Children are not to be left alone at any time with, on or using our products. Our products are not toys and we do not recommend any use of the product other than in accordance with our and any manufacturer instructions. We provide you with a Quick Start Guide and any other use is at your own risk.

To avoid friction and possible irritation of the skin, it is recommended to wear cycling shorts when sitting astride the Aqua GymBike saddle.

Our products are meant to assist with and be used as fitness and rehabilitation equipment. Prior to commencing any fitness or health regime that may impact your health and wellbeing, you should always check in advance with your medical practitioner.

When used as intended by Aquafab, the Aqua GymBike and its associated components are completely safe to use. However, users use our products at their own risk. AquaFab, including its employees, directors, contractors and all third party affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party, directly or indirectly for any loss, liability, injury, damage, death or any claim which may arise from your use of our products or services in accordance with the instructions.
